Common questions
What's a "portal"?
A portal is one link-in-bio page with its own URL, blocks, and audience. Free and Starter include one; Pro gives you 5 and Agency 100 — all managed from a single account, so you don't juggle separate logins or pay per page.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and the change is prorated automatically. You manage everything (card, invoices, cancellation) from your account billing settings.
What happens if I go over my email or storage limit?
Nothing breaks — there's no hard cutoff. On paid plans you're billed a small overage ($1 per extra 2,000 emails, $1 per extra 10 GB of storage). The Free plan has fixed caps; upgrade a tier to add room.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
A small platform fee that shrinks as you grow — 5% on Free, 3% on Starter, 1% on Pro, and 0% on Agency and Enterprise. Standard Stripe/PayPal processing fees apply separately, the same as anywhere you take payments.
Is there a free trial?
Better — the Free plan is free forever, no credit card required. Build a real page, take tips, and capture emails before you ever pay a cent.
How does per-seat pricing work on Agency and Enterprise?
The base price includes your first user. Add teammates for $5/user/mo — Agency supports up to 10 users, Enterprise is unlimited. Free, Starter, and Pro are single-user.
